What is your area of expertise?

My practice focuses on venture capital financings, M&A transactions, and other general corporate matters. The fast-paced nature of the corporate world combined with the unique legal challenges each company faces creates an exciting work environment. I get the opportunity to interact closely with clients and help them achieve their goals.

The Foley team comprises of intelligent and hardworking individuals passionate about their work. This gives me a chance to learn from the best in the field and hone my skills as a corporate attorney.

What do you do when you are not in the office?

When I’m not working, I’ll likely be watching the NBA or soccer, binging Architectural Digest/travel videos on YouTube, or catching up with family and friends.
