I am a transactional attorney (really a deal junkie) that represents emerging technology companies from initial organization through an ultimate sale of the company.  With over 25 years of experience working with emerging growth companies, I work closely with management teams, acting as their outside general counsel, to help them grow their businesses and navigate all of the various issues that they encounter scaling their businesses. I enjoy working with entrepreneurs because they approach every day as a new opportunity to solve a problem. I also represent both institutional organizations and high net worth investors that invest in emerging growth companies.

I enjoy being a Partner at Foley because we are uniquely situated to be able to address the legal needs of emerging growth companies, with specialists across a wide range of practice areas including IP, Regulatory, M&A, Benefits, Labor, Securities and Tax, among others. Across the board, the attorneys at Foley are singularly focused on serving the needs of our clients.

When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family traveling.  I also enjoy investing in the stock market, working with charitable organizations and, when I can find the time to do it, riding bikes.
