I am a corporate transactional attorney and have had the opportunity to work with founders and investors from start to exit including a sale to the largest technology company in the world. I have had the privilege of working with companies and investments which have spanned medtech to media to blockchain to internet retail. I love the energy and excitement of working with founders. On the Foley side, I enjoy working with all of our talented IP, tax, benefits, IT and other specialists to find creative solutions to the unique challenges presented to emerging companies. Our interoffice collaboration to help companies and investors work through geographical differences in investment terms is an added bonus to working at Foley. When not working, you can look for me fly fishing on a trout stream or the saltwater flats.
