Foley & Lardner LLP Partner Natasha Allen has been recognized by the Silicon Valley Business Journal as a 2023 Woman of Influence.
This annual awards honors Silicon Valley’s leading businesswomen with a strong record of innovation in their fields, outstanding performance in business, and a demonstrated commitment to community involvement.
Allen is an active leader, both at the Foley and within her Silicon Valley community. She serves as Co-Chair for Artificial Intelligence within Foley’s Innovative Technology Sector, Co-Chair of the Venture Capital Committee, and is a member of the Venture Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Transactions Practice Groups. Allen additionally leads the pro bono efforts of Foley’s Silicon Valley office as Pro Bono Chair.
She is a member of FirstBoard.io, a collective of female tech leaders working to increase female representation on company boards, and a lifetime member of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Northern California. Allen previously served on the board of Leading Women in Technology, a non-profit that empowers women to develop their knowledge, leadership skills, and networks for greater professional and personal impact.
