Foley Represents Yobi in Seed Financing

Foley & Lardner LLP recently represented Yobi, the AI-focused customer communications app catering specifically to the small business community, in its oversubscribed seed round.

Yobi provides tools businesses need to satisfy clients and customers in an all-in-one app. It includes features such as text, call, CRM, and team collaboration. The app’s addition of Yobi AI-powered Translator and Call Sentiment Analysis will help elevate customer relationship management for businesses. It offers a broader range of tools to help companies to communicate effectively without a language barrier and gain insights into customers’ sentiments regarding their products or service.

The funds from the investment round will support company operations, team expansion, and product innovation, with the capital going toward several endeavors to enhance the app to remain ahead of customers’ needs, with a focus on incorporating generative artificial intelligence to augment the businesses of Yobi’s customers.

The Foley team was led by Partner Louis Lehot and included Of Counsel Alidad Vakili and Associate Ethan Floyd.
