Foley Represents LG Technology Ventures as Lead Investor in $28M Series A Round for Venti Technologies

Foley & Lardner LLP recently represented LG Technology Ventures as the lead investor in the $28 million Series A funding round for Venti Technologies, a company designing autonomous vehicles for industrial and logistics hubs. LG Technology Ventures was joined by Safar Partners, UOB Venture Management, and previous investors Alpha JWC and LDV Partners.

Venti focuses on autonomous vehicles for closed campus environments, with its target customers coming from the wide range of supply chain businesses that operate across warehouses, ports, and other shipping and logistics environments where vehicles are central to operations. Venti plans to use this investment to continue building its software, partner with third parties for hardware, and to secure more deals.

The Foley team was co-led by Partner Louis Lehot and Of Counsel Alidad Vakili, and included Partners Mike Overly, Krista Cabrera, and Shabbi Khan, Senior Counsel Kevin Jackson, and Associates Ashley Lee, Trevor Mullin, and Tiffany Young.
