Foley Represents Fieldguide in $30M Series B Funding Round

Foley & Lardner LLP represented Fieldguide, an AI platform for advisory and audit services, in its $30 million Series B funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners. Other investors included 8VC, Elad Gil, and leading AI and SaaS company CEOs.

Fieldguide is powering the future of trust by amplifying the assurance and advisory engagement experience for practices and their clients. The company’s cloud-native, fully integrated, end-to-end AI platform is designed to manage the entire engagement lifecycle for advisory and audit services. Nearly 40 of the top 100 CPA and consulting firms use the Fieldguide AI Platform to save time, increase margins, and improve practitioner and client satisfaction through automating workflows, streamlining operations, and freeing CPAs for more high-value work.

The new funding will fuel product development, market expansion, and talent acquisition.

The Foley team was led by partner Lyman Thai and included tax partner Rishi Sodhi, as well as associates Erik Nguyen, Rossetti Farrell, and Mackenzie Barrett.
