The firm also represented investor Tandem Ventures in the transaction. Additional investors included AI Fund, Myriad Venture Partners, Active Capital, and Capital Factory.
Callidus is a new legal technology company leveraging advanced AI to automate legal research, drafting, and litigation preparation. With a proprietary case law database and deeply agentic AI infrastructure, it delivers productivity and accuracy. Callidus plans to use the funds to accelerate product development and expand the team to continue its impressive growth trajectory through the second half of 2025.
