Foley & Lardner LLP represented Woba, a Brazilian provider of a subscription-based, flexible office network, in their $13.5 million funding round. The round was led by Bewater and included Kaszek, Valor Capital, and additional investors.
Through a single membership, companies benefit from reduced operating costs, centralized management, fast and scalable expansion, and flexible contract terms. Woba has over 2,000 registered partner spaces across more than 370 cities in Latin America.
The company plans to use the funding to accelerate commercial growth, partner ecosystem development, and the adoption of technologies like AI to scale operations.
The Foley team was led by partner André Thiollier and included associates Trevor Mullin and Mackenzie Barrett.
