My core focus at Foley is providing actionable business and legal advice to entrepreneurs, founders, startups, emerging companies, and investors. I’ve always been fascinated by the accelerated growth that startups can achieve with the right guidance and resources.

Every day, I guide clients across a wide range of topics – general corporate matters such as formations and corporate governance, as well as debt and equity financing, venture capital financing, and commercial matters.

Being based in San Francisco and Silicon Valley means having direct access to cutting-edge ventures and forward-thinking investors. Working with founders as they navigate through their startup adventure is incredibly rewarding and it’s always fulfilling to see them grow, scale, and ultimately achieve their dreams.

I’ve worked with clients in sectors such as aerospace, health care, clean energy, and more. Prior to Foley, my experience included emerging growth, and venture capital, renewable energy project finance, cross-border transactions, and M&A.

When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and two English Bulldogs (Blue and Luna), traveling, photography, and good food.
