Alidad Vakili Joins Legal Webinar to Discuss Legal Guidance and Tech for Entrepreneurs

Foley & Lardner LLP Of Counsel Alidad Vakili spoke at the webinar, “How to Tackle Legal Issues in 2023,” tailored for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Hosted by Lawrina Templates, Vakili joined other legal and business practitioners to share their insights on popular topics including the significant legal changes facing businesses in 2023 and the rise of AI-powered legal technology tools, among others.

Vakili commented that one of the challenges he often sees for companies is a lack of proper understanding on what goes into setting up an organization, the right documents required, and a strategy for how to protect the technology and assets of the company.

“All of those can be easily solved,” Vakili explained. “You can plan for that by getting good legal advice and using legal tools and legaltech to help you get there.”
