Foley Represents CLARK in Reincorporation to Texas

Foley & Lardner LLP is serving as corporate counsel to Clark Material Handling Company, a privately held global corporation and Top 10 manufacturer of forklifts and spare parts, in its reincorporation from Delaware to Texas.

Texas has emerged as an appealing destination for businesses due to recent corporate law reforms, including the passage of Senate Bill 29 and the establishment of the Texas Business Court, which altered the Texas Business Code and strengthened governance flexibility.
