Foley Represents Millennium Physician Group in Partnership with veriMED Health Group

Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Millennium Physician Group, a Mosaic Health Company and one of the country’s largest independent physician groups, in its partnership with veriMED.

veriMED IPA LLC and veriMED Health Group officially joined Millennium’s family of physician-led practices effective November 1, 2025, marking a significant chapter in their shared mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered, and physician-led care across Florida.

The collaboration with veriMED, a network of employed and affiliate physicians offering comprehensive primary care services to nearly 15,000 Medicare Advantage members, will expand Millennium’s footprint across central and western Florida, enhancing its full-risk Medicare Advantage and population health capabilities while reinforcing Millenium’s commitment to providing a connected health care experience led by physicians, supported by technology, and grounded in community.

Founded in 2008 and based in Fort Myers, Florida, Millennium Physician Group counts more than 900 health care providers across Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and Texas. As a nationally recognized leader in value-based care, Millennium’s mission is to connect patients to a healthier life through physician-led, patient-centered care.

The Foley health care transactions team was led by partners Rachel Goodman and Christopher Bourne with support from associates Charles Inclan, Joseph Simon, and Hanita Flora.
