Foley Represents Intra Group of Companies in Acquisition by Gleason Corporation

Foley & Lardner LLP advised Westland, Michigan-based Intra Group of Companies on the sale of 100% of its shares to Gleason Corporation.

Intra is a global provider of custom measurement technology, including single flank gear testing equipment, and supplies high-precision gears and components to many of the world’s leading aerospace and defense companies. The transaction includes Intra Corporation and Intra Technical Services, LLC in Michigan, Intra Limited in the United Kingdom, Intra Aerospace LLC in California, and affiliated sales and service companies.

The Foley deal team was led by partner Rob Nederhood and included partners Pamela Brown and Jeffrey Kopp, senior counsel Maximilian Traut, and associates Zachary Simon and Shelby Engelbrecht.
