I am a corporate associate at Foley, and my practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

It’s exciting to see companies grow and work with some of the smartest and most passionate people out there.  I get a sense of what it’s like to run a business and work with the attorneys here at Foley to provide services that meet both the legal and business needs of the clients.

I work with a wide variety of tech companies in industries ranging from software to telehealth.

When I’m not in the office, I like to catch up on new shows on Netflix, go to the driving range with my dad and brother, and occasionally, do some retail therapy.
