I am a corporate transactional attorney that represents emerging technology and life science companies from formation through an eventual company sale, with transaction pit stops along the way, including VC and PE financings. I also represent financing sources that invest in these companies.

I enjoy being a Partner at Foley because they provide a 360 degree solution to legal needs of emerging companies, with a deep bench of attorneys specializing in IP, Regulatory, Technology Transactional, Securities, and Tax, among others. When I’m not at the office, you can find me shuffling kids to various sporting events, taking care of my son’s pet ducks that he adopted (and apparently won’t be taking with him to college) and squeezing in a bit of golf.
