I work with entrepreneurs and investors to help them navigate complex transactions by grounding my advice in the business context and practical implications of legal issues so that my clients can make informed, pragmatic decisions. I enjoy understanding the businesses of emerging companies, which is critical when negotiating on their behalf, and working with the entrepreneurs that operate them. I represent a range of clients from SaaS, AI and medical device companies in the Silicon Valley to CPG companies in Austin.
