I am a health care technology attorney with a practice focus on telemedicine, digital health, remote patient monitoring and virtual care, as well as a wide range of transactional and related regulatory issues for health care industry clients. I’ve advised dozens of emerging healthcare technology-enabled companies on building compliant, scalable business models across the United States, guiding them through key issues such as the corporate practice of medicine, interstate medical practice, remote prescribing, reimbursement, self-referral laws, the anti-kickback statute, and structuring and negotiating joint ventures, strategic affiliations and financings.

I most love about my job that I can partner with companies and entrepreneurs that are creating novel approaches and tools to help patients, cure diseases, and push the boundaries of health care delivery models. Clients value that I approach their legal issues with a very direct, strategic and business-oriented angle.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with family, summer vacations on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team.
