I am a general corporate attorney that helps businesses of all sizes achieve their goals. I have a few areas of focus, but I particularly enjoy working with emerging companies. Emerging growth companies often lack resources but need professional assistance with critical decisions early in the life of the company that can have a significant impact on the company’s future.

I love being a Partner at Foley. For the past 20 years, the company has provided me with the platform needed to service our clients in a fulsome manner – 1100 attorneys in nearly 30 offices coast-to-coast. The firm is very entrepreneurial, has a great culture and is home to some of the best and brightest attorneys in the nation.

When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying to stay healthy, practicing my faith, and enjoying life outside of work.
