I am a corporate attorney, with a particular focus on assisting startups and emerging growth companies grow and scale. I enjoy serving as outside general counsel to businesses of all sizes, guiding them through the various legal issues they may encounter. Because a significant portion of my practice involves representing buyers and sellers of later-stage and mature companies, all my advice to emerging companies is geared towards this ultimate objective.

I’m the dad of four spirited boys: Knox, Crew, Beau, and Milo. So when I’m not in the office, you’ll find me navigating the unpredictable journey of parenthood or squeezing in some time to run or ride bikes with my wife.
