My practice focuses mainly on start-ups, and I help these companies build their data privacy policies and license their IPs.

I love working with start-ups because they are in such an exciting position of growth—we are helping them set a strong foundation to support long-term success.  When counseling my clients through their legal questions, I have to also think about the business goals of the company and the long-term business ramifications of policies we are helping them set up at this early stage.

The best part of my job, though, is working with the Foley team.  The team here is so experienced with emerging growth companies and so supportive.  Everyone is welcoming, approachable, and genuinely interested in the success and well-being of teammates and clients alike.  It truly feels like a family!

When I’m not in the office, I can be found fishing, golfing, playing video games, or at a USC football game.
