I am a data privacy and cybersecurity attorney that regularly counsels emerging growth companies across diverse industries comply with existing and emerging privacy and security laws in the United States and abroad. I routinely advise companies on best practices for data management and incident preparedness, and also provide practical guidance in the event of an incident. As part of my practice, I also advise innovative startups and emerging growth companies on the data privacy and cybersecurity issues associated with M&A transactions.
