I’ve been representing start-up and emerging growth companies in all stages of their development, financing and eventual liquidity for 14 years.  I often act as outside general counsel to young companies helping them identify and address legal issues in many areas including the corporate and financing work that is the backbone of my practice.

I love working with the founders and management teams who have ideas and take chances.  Entrepreneurship is exciting, and I love working with people as they make their ideas into businesses.

Foley is a wonderful law firm committed to clients and culture, but more than anything I like Foley because of the people.  Working hard with people you like and respect is rewarding. I am passionate about closing deals, but also my family and friends. Outside of the office, my yin and yang are working out and going out to eat with friends and family.
